I just rediscovered this comic that I drew for New Year's 2010 but never posted. Oddly enough, I noticed that people were still wearing these glasses this past New Year's Eve! They made the "1" in "2015" into one of the openings, so it looked like the glasses said "2005." Come on, New-Year's-Eve-novelty-item industry! Can't you see this doesn't make sense any more! Can't you come up with something else! I'm posting this now so you have time to think about it for next year! You can do better than this.

Creative Weapons of Choice

Bob Flynn tagged me for #creativeweaponsofchoice so here are mine! My most important creative tools are sketchbooks, so I threw a few current sketchbooks in there. I have been mainly doing pen & ink drawings with watercolor for years, but lately I have been getting into colored pencils, drawing with a brush, and using brown ink (which Cathy got me for Christmas!). My little light box is in the background, but I am trying to give up using it in favor of being more direct and spontaneous.
